Social Distancing

We are committed to ensuring that our team and our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience at Carl Michael Salon.

  • We have extended our hours and staggered shifts to reduce capacity to ensure sufficient time for all sanitation protocols
  • When you arrive, please call us from your vehicle. We will let you know when your service provider is ready for you.
  • Guests will be asked to use our sanitation station upon entering the building.
  • Have a fever, cough or shortness of breath? Please reschedule. We will be taking temperature checks and asking Covid 19 exposure questions upon arrival. Our team will be going through the same protocols when they arrive for work each day
  • Bring your own face mask or covering to wear during your visit. If you are having a color service please bring two masks. We will be wearing ours too.
  • We are temporarily suspending our beverage services.
  • All tools, stations, chairs, products and surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized after each guest. All capes and towels will be washed after each use (as always)

With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% the services scheduled. * If you are sick, have been around COVID 19 folks you will not be charged the cancellation fee.

Method of Payment

We accept cash, checks and all forms of credit cards.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer full exchanges on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product or the full value in a gift card. Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must happen within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box. We can not offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions.

Children & Pets

For everyone's safety please do not bring pets or children under the age of 6 years with you to your appointment. During enhanced social distancing, children who are not receiving services are not allowed in the salon.

Service Adjustments

Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

We recommend you seeing the same service provider you originally saw to adjust your service however if you prefer to see a higher level service provider you will be charged the service level price difference.

Cancellations

With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy.
