I opened Carl Michael Salon years ago because I wanted to build a salon company that provided a nurturing and supportive work environment for salon professionals - all while elevated the salon experience for our guests. I am so proud of the team at Carl Michael - they are truly the most kind, caring and talented group of women one could ever hope to work alongside; and I am grateful for our guests - our extended salon family - who we have had the honor and privilege of serving and getting to know over the years.
