Lisa Lipani
Upon Graduation from Melrose Beauty Academy my goal was to bring my guests top rated technical cut and color skills supported with industry leading products and services. This goal was to ultimately provide an outstanding personal experience for my guests.
I started my post graduation career by working on Newbury Street. Through this mentoring I was introduced to the Redken experience. Furthering my education of Redken, I was selected by them to become a Redken Regional Performing Artist. As a Redken Regional Performing Artist, I assisted national artists at Redken’s hair shows as well as taught color classes throughout Boston.
During the next twenty years of my career I focused on delivering the Redken Professional Edge. This enabled me to bring scientifically advanced products and services that combine the latest fashion and inspiration from the streets and runways of New York City to the suburbs of Massachusetts. Throughout my career, this focus began to rub off on my peers. This later evolved with my initiation of a personal coaching and mentoring program. Through this program I could transform the principles I had learned nationally and in Boston to my coworkers.
My natural career progression led me to opening Carl Michael Salon. At Carl Michael Salon, I continue to build a world class team who’s “guest first” mentality is a culture and not an objective. Through training, product knowledge, and teamwork, my staff and I continue to focus on providing the outmost experience for our guests.
My staff and I welcome you to come in and be a part of the Carl Michael experience.
